Built a multiplayer action game for mobile almost solo: strategy, UX, monetization, game mechanics, AI bots, balancing, a small dev + 3D art team, and coded a meaningful part of it myself (Unity/C#). Day-1 retention landed at ~10% — below the bar for continued investment, so the project is shelved. Also shipped DatePix (AI dating-photo product) and Nashi.tut (directory for Russian-speaking specialists abroad) solo, end-to-end, as studio pet projects.
